Therefore, we are looking for a Shift leader who naturally keeps an overview, dares to take the lead and has an eye for both the guest and the team.
We are looking for:

Several years of experience in service preferably in a leadership role

You have a sense of responsibility and know how to motivate a team

You like to take action and are not afraid to take the lead

Familiar with HACCP and hygiene rules

Living in the Amsterdam area

Available full time or part time
What you will do:

You manage the service team during lunch and or dinner services

You ensure that everything runs smoothly on the floor and in communication with the kitchen

You train new colleagues and contribute to a positive atmosphere

You keep an overview and safeguard the guest experience from beginning to end
