Celebrate your event in the middle of the iconic NDSM wharf, in the industrial, 100-year-old shipbuilding warehouse. Because we have a huge number of possibilities in terms of spaces – and no neighbors – IJver can accommodate for any event. From small to large, from minimalist to over-the-top: everything is possible.

De Boeg – Size: 56 m²

De Boeg has a cozy private bar. This makes it possible to organize a walking dinner, drinks with bites, a meeting with lunch or for example a game release. There is space for a maximum of 40 people. If desired the mezzanine can also be used to provide space for 30 additional guests.

Het Achtersteven – Size: 45 m2

Het Achtersteven is an atmospheric, industrial and quiet space. Here you can organize all kinds of events, from a book presentation to a private lunch or dinner. There is no kitchen, but it is possible to place a mobile tap. And of course we can provide catering for a business lunch, dinner or drinks.

De Boeg + het Achtersteven – Size: 101 m2

The cozy Boeg and the atmospheric Achtersteven can be combined into one large space, including the mezzanine. This makes it possible to welcome more guests at your drinks, dinner, meeting or other event. With this you have access to a private bar.

Het Ruim – Size: 35 m2

Het Ruim is located on the ground floor. The space is not closed off from the whole, but is secluded. An ideal place to sit separately with a group, without having to miss the vibrant character that makes IJver so special. Celebrate your birthday, farewell party or anniversary here with all your loved ones or colleagues.

Het Dok/het terras – Size: 150 m2

We also call Het Dok our indoor-outdoor terrace. It is one of the most unique spots within IJver, where you can feel the industrial atmosphere and history of the shipbuilding hall. We are happy to explore the possibilities together to make the most of this space. For example, you can also enjoy sitting in the sun on the outdoor terrace in the heart of the NDSM wharf!

NDSM Theater – Size: 150 m2

The NDSM theater is a special space. Here you can throw a big party, a dinner for all your friends, colleagues or business associates or hold a plenary session for up to 150 people. There is equipment and space for a band to play, to give a presentation and to project your corporate identity on the wall. Let us know what you are looking for and we will make a perfectly suitable proposal, so that you will have an unforgettable day!

IJver/De Loods – Rent our complete location

IJver can also be rented in its entirety. The options for your event depend on a number of factors: on what day the event takes place, what times, the size of the group and of course the type of event. We would be happy to make a tailor-made proposal for you, so that we can meet your wishes as best as possible. It is even possible to combine events in the warehouse with the IJver space. Really nice bar at NDSM, especially with good weather as they have a huge terrace. It's a very big place so there is almost always room, even on a busy day. Plenty of options, we had a few beers and the burger and fish were very good. Definitely check them out!
