Behind the scenes, you process group and banqueting requests, manage reservations, and maintain personal contact with guests and companies. You think commercially and ensure that every request, reservation, and event runs smoothly. You switch quickly between planning and execution, maintain an overview during busy periods, and with your energy and service-oriented attitude, you are a point of contact for colleagues and an ambassador for IJver.
Are you hospitable, energetic and do you have a smooth chat? Then we are looking for you! As a service staff member you make sure that our guests feel welcome and enjoy top service. Whether you serve drinks, take orders or have a friendly conversation you are the face of our venue.
Do you have experience in hospitality and are you ready for a bit more responsibility? As a shift leader you manage the team, keep an overview during busy moments and make sure everything runs smoothly. You are a true team player with a sharp eye for quality and service.
Are you a Chef de Partie who independently runs a section, is sharp on quality and hygiene and likes to think along about new dishes? In our versatile kitchen you work with the best products: from vegetarian dishes to specials from the charcoal grill. A close knit team, lots of variety and a venue where there is something happening all year round.
