The bow has a cozy, private bar and a (finish) kitchen. This makes it possible to organize a walking dinner, a drink with snacks, a meeting with lunch or, for example, a game release. There is room for up to 60 people. If desired, the loft can also be used to provide space for 30 additional guests!

The hold is located on the ground floor. The space is not closed off from the whole, but it is separate. An ideal place to sit separately with a group, without missing the vibrant character that makes IJver so special. Celebrate your birthday, farewell party or anniversary here with all your loved ones or colleagues.

The dock/terrace – Size: 150 m2
We also call the dock our 'indoor-outdoor terrace'. It is one of the most special places in IJver, where you can feel the industrial atmosphere and history of the shipbuilding warehouse. We would like to look together at the possibilities to make optimal use of this space. For example, you can also sit in the sun on the outdoor terrace in the heart of the NDSM wharf!

NDSM Theater – Size: 150 m2
The NDSM theater is a special space. Here you can throw a big party, a dinner for all your friends, colleagues or business associates or hold a plenary session for up to 150 people. There is equipment and space for a band to play, to give a presentation and to project your corporate identity on the wall. Let us know what you are looking for and we will make a perfectly suitable proposal, so that you will have an unforgettable day!

Zeal/the warehouse – Rent our complete location
IJver can also be rented in its entirety. The options for your event depend on a number of factors: on what day the event takes place, what times, the size of the group and of course the type of event. We would be happy to make a tailor-made proposal for you, so that we can meet your wishes as best as possible. It is even possible to combine events in the warehouse with the IJver space.
