It's as cosy as ever at IJver, so we are looking for support at our office with immediate effect.
Behind the scenes, you process group and banqueting requests, manage reservations, and maintain personal contact with guests and companies. You think commercially and ensure that every request, reservation, and event runs smoothly. You switch quickly between planning and execution, maintain an overview during busy periods, and with your energy and service-oriented attitude, you are a point of contact for colleagues and an ambassador for IJver.
What does your role involve?
- Banqueting requests
- Bookings
- Aftersales
- Support marketing tasks
What do we ask of you?
- Affinity with the hospitality industry
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Banqueting and sales experience is a plus
- Customer focus
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Mice is a pré
- 2 years' experience in Hospitality & Sales
- Dutch-speaking
