Job profile:
In the role of Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for:
· Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Banqueting, and drinks for up to 250 guests.
· Co-leading a large team alongside the Head Chef
· Contributing ideas to business operations and increasing revenue
· Designing and implementing menus.

Requirements
The Sous Chef we're looking for is a hands-on leader who meets the following criteria:
· Experienced in a similar role.
Consistent in flavor, presentation, and speed.
· Proactive and hands-on
A people person with strong leadership skills.
· Knowledgeable about menu engineering and labor costs.
