RENT A ROOM FROM US IN AMSTERDAM

With IJver as a choice, renting a (small) room in Amsterdam is no longer a long search. IJver is located in a converted ship's warehouse, in the iconic NDSM-erf neighborhood. This industrial, 100-year-old warehouse is the perfect industrial yet warm location for an event or party.

Are you thinking of a sit-down dinner with colleagues for about 30 people? Or if you have a lot of friends and/or family, a bigger party for 50, 100, 200 or more people? Contact us, and we will take you along our rooms and find the perfect option together!

Ps. also nice: IJver is easy to reach. You can park your car right in front of the door, are you coming by public transport? Then take the ferry from Amsterdam CS.

THE BOW

SIZE: 56 M2 and perfect for 18 to 40 people

Our small hall De Boeg, also known as our café, has a cozy, private bar and sound system. This makes it possible to organize a private dining experience, drinks with appetizers, a meeting with lunch, or for example a product launch. There is space for a maximum of 40 people. If desired, the mezzanine can also be used to accommodate 30 additional guests!

And of course we can provide catering for a meeting, product launch, seminar/presentation, business lunch, dinner or drinks reception. You name it!

THE HOLD

Het Ruim is located on the ground floor. The space is not closed off from the whole, but is secluded. THE DOCK & THE TERRACE

SIZE: 150 M2 and perfect for groups

“The Dock” is what we also call our ”indoor-outdoor terrace. It is one of the most special places within IJver, where you can feel the industrial atmosphere and history of the shipbuilding shed. Together we can explore the possibilities of making the most of this space. For example, you can also sit in the sun on the outdoor terrace in the heart of the NDSM-Werf!

RENT OUR COMPLETE PARTY LOCATION for your 200+ best friends, for example

The “IJver Loods” can also be rented in its entirety. The possibilities for your custom event depend on a number of factors: on which day does the event take place, at what times, the size of the group and of course the type of event. We would be happy to make a custom proposal for you, so that we can meet your wishes as well as possible. It is even possible to combine events in the warehouse with the IJver space. NDSM THEATRE

SIZE: 150 M2 and perfect for 100 to 150 people

Even bigger plans? Then rent the NDSM theater (150 m2). This large hall can accommodate 150 people. A staff party, company party or a large private party in Amsterdam is suddenly possible. A great place for a crazy event and a lot is possible in terms of audiovisual.
