IJver is located in the middle of the iconic NDSM wharf, in the industrial 100-year-old shipbuilding warehouse. Because we have so many options in terms of spaces – and no neighbors – IJver can accomodate for any event.
From small to large, from business to private and from party to meeting: everything is possible. Parking is available out-the-door and catering – from breakfast to late-night snack – is taken care of. So, which area suits your needs?
ICONIC LOCATION IN AMSTERDAM
THE BOW
DIMENSIONS: 56 M2
The Bow has an intimate, private bar and a (finishing) kitchen. This makes it easy to organize a walking dinner, a borrel with snacks, a meeting with lunch or something like a game release, for example. There’s room for up to 50 people. If so desired, the walkway area can also be used to provide space for 30 extra guests!

THE STERN
DIMENSIONS: 45 M2
The Stern is an attractive, industrial and quiet space. Here you can organize all kinds of events, from a book presentation to a private lunch or dinner. While there is no kitchen, it is possible to place a mobile beer tap. Of course, we can provide catering for a business lunch, dinner or drinks.

THE BOW + THE STERN
DIMENSIONS: 101 M2
The intimate Bow and the attractive Stern can be combined into one large space, making it possible to host more guests at your borrel , dinner, meeting or other event. This gives you access to your own bar, (finishing) kitchen and another 20 extra guests if you also want to use the walkway area.

THE HOLD

We also call the Dock our “indoor/outdoor terrace.” It is one of the most amazing places in IJver, where you can feel the industrial atmosphere and history of the shipbuilding warehouse. We’re happy to have a look together at the possibilities for making the best use of this space. For example, you can also sit in the sun on our outdoor terrace right in the heart of the NDSM wharf!

RENT OUR COMPLETE LOCATION
IJver can also be rented in its entirety. The options for your event depend on a few factors: which day the event will take place, the times, the size of the group and the type of event. We’ll gladly design a tailor-made proposal for you, so that we can meet your requests as closely as possible. It is even possible to host events in the warehouse area combined with IJver’s space. Just let us know what you are looking for!

NDSM THEATRE
DIMENSIONS: 150 M2
The NDSM theatre is a spectacular space. Here, you can throw a big party, host a dinner for all your friends, colleagues or business relations or hold an all-hands session for up to 150 people. There is equipment and space for live music, to host a presentation and to project your house style on the wall. Let us know what you are looking for and we’ll make a perfect proposal. You’re going to have an unforgettable day!
